Kim checked us in when we arrived around 8pm. She was lovely, friendly, very helpful with the few extras we needed (towels and shampoo). All the staff we’ve interacted with were very pleasant. Parking is free and well lit. With multiple entries (card key accessible), we were always parked steps from a door. The room accommodates our family of five comfortably, it’s very affordable, and it’s located very close to the family we visit. The bedding is comfortable too. We appreciate the warm breakfast before head out for the day. My kids love the chocolate waffles and yogurt. I appreciate the rotating entree and oat milk option for coffee. My husband enjoys the pastries. The variety of oatmeal toppings is impressive too. It is generally quite clean. They even cleaned the carpets during our stay.

This was such an awsome experience. The hotel is super clean, and organization between staff members is a plus! The breakfast station is nice and has variety, the lady in charge of breakfast set up and break down, I think her name is Catina is wonderful. The beds are comfortable and and rooms are spacious. The pool itself and the surroundin areas was very clean. All chairs inside and outside were operable which is rare at some hotels. The only thing I can say is that the gym is small but this hotel location to short pump mall, hotel amenities and service is so great it doesn't even matter. We would definitely return for a stay in the future.

We needed a last minute place to stay after our other booking was not up to par. SpringHill Suites exceeded expectations—the desk clerk at arrival was 100% invested in customers and their comfort. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast also exceeded expectations and was delicious. The breakfast manager deserves a raise for how hard she works!

The breakfast was great, all the usual things but not skimpy like some hotel breakfast affairs can be. The attendant was so kind and thorough! My kids loved the games you could check out to play. Great touch. Cracker Barrel being right next door was awesome!

The staff were very friendly, the Smoking section was clean & has seating. Towels were offered in the pool area & the breakfast was good.

Great location, nice staff and good room layout. Very soft sheets. Good beds. Great AC. THE BEST SHOWER in 2 weeks of traveling.

A bit pricey charged for 2 small dogs under 10 pounds and would have preferred a first floor room to accommodate them
